From stylish décor to fun fashion, funky accessories and a highly anticipated new book release, here are 9 of my favourite gift ideas for kids, spotted on the interwebs this past month.
There’s something about this Scandi-inspired kid’s room personalised print that just screams warmth and Winter! It might have something to do with the cute bear looking all cosy in a knitted jumper…
I’m a big fan of the children’s accessories from Seed Heritage – often the gift ideas I spot are ones I’d like for myself! Case in point: this new cross body embroidered saddle bag.
It’s perfect weather for porridge! Available in sizes 2, 4 and 6, this t-shirt from Aussie label Indie and Sloan features three little hipster bears with bowls of porridge that are too hot, too cold and just right. Too cute.
A super sweet alternative to a traditional ballerina, this wooden music box features a lovely Fawn that spins to ‘Tales From the Vienna Woods’ by Johann Strauss. There’s more in the Djeco music box range too with rabbit, cat, panda, Mr Moon and traditional ballerina designs available.
This adorable animal wall stickers and hooks set would create a fun feature to help organise a room. Includes 6 animal faces: bear, bunny, fox, tiger, monkey and raccoon and 6 black twin hooks and 12 screws.
Shopping for clothes for tweens can be tricky – especially when you’re looking for something stylish but also age appropriate! Milla and Lotti is an Aussie label specialising in fashion for girls aged 8 to 16. I’m loving this Maple Dress from their current collection.
It’s impossible to go past a Smiggle store when I have my tornadoes in tow. With its bright colours and happy, cute products, that store is like kiddie crack to my two. Miss T purchased this cute 4 pack of bright bracelets with her pocket money last week and hasn’t taken them off since. As for me, I can’t say no to the specials at the front counter (good to stash in the gift cupboard!).
Due for release on August 8, Andy and Terry fans can expect even more zany fun and crazy adventures with the release of the 7th book in the Treehouse series – The 91-Storey Treehouse. It’s available to pre-order now.
Happy gift hunting!
