Baby and kids gift picks - September 2015

From new products that scream “Summer!” to cool fashion for girls and clever crafty gifts, here are 9 of my favourite gift idea picks spotted on the interwebs this past month. I’ve even snuck in a Christmas related gift idea. Yes – it’s only September and I went there…

glitter feather head band

I’m a big fan of the stylish accessories from Perth based Madison Grace Designs. Their new season range is looking beautiful including cool fedora hats, faux leather hair ties and glittery feather headbands like this one. My tornadoes would be in princess dress up heaven!

Tiger Tribe pull back birds

The new Tiger Tribe wooden pull-back birds are just too cute. Available in flamingo, swan and peacock designs, keep an eye out for these in stores in the lead up to Christmas.

Crayon rocks

Made from natural soy and developed by occupational therapists to teach children proper pencil grip, these Soy Crayon Rocks make a unique, colourful and practical gift. Available in a muslin bag of 8, bag of 16 or box of 64.

inflatable watermelon  inflatable pineapple  inflatable ice cream

There’s more giant pool inflatable goodness at Lark this Spring and Summer. With pink donuts, swans and flamingos all the rage last Summer, now there’s watermelon, pineapple and ice cream designs (to name a few!).

bamboo christmas ornaments

I don’t mean to alarm you and you have every right to tell me to rack off, but Christmas is just around the corner. Get in early and snap up one of these beautiful personalised bamboo ornaments.

rock your kid darling bow dress

This new season Rock Your Kid Bow Darling Circus Dress is the perfect party dress for Spring and Summer. Available to pre-order now in sizes 2 to 7.

Abigail Handbag Sun Pack

This gorgeous children’s handbag pack would make a fantastic gift for a little lady. Includes a bag, shades, heart purse, lip balm and hair clips. This is just one of many cute handbag packs available from Little Ladybags.

Build on brick bookends

I love this clever set of two build on brick bookends. Each has an exterior building surface compatible with most bricks. Great for storing and displaying any mini LEGO masterpieces.

blackboard

This is one stylish blackboard! It’s perfect for leaving little messages or drawing your own piece of art to display. Available in four colours, each blackboard features a light timber frame with white edging and a pop of colour on the inside walls.

Happy gift hunting!
