So begins another year of my monthly gift picks. Sure, Christmas was only a few weeks ago but that doesn’t stop me from scouting around for gorgeous gifts – I can’t help myself!
There’s something for little and big kids in this collection. From lots of clever and cute Aussie designs to toys for active play and construction mad kids, here are 9 of my favourite baby and kids gift idea picks spotted on the interwebs this past month.
Why swaddle with a plain muslin wrap when you can surround your baby with atoms, molecules, science experiments and a touch of evolution with this awesome Weego Science Muslin?!
Hot Summer weather calls for cool dresses like this sweet ‘Chloe’ sundress from Sydney’s My Tiny Wardrobe.
These gorgeous Milton Ashby wooden toys are made in Melbourne by a local maker using beautiful woods and great pops of colour. Aeroplanes, helicopters, speedsters and trucks – all come packaged in a metal tin and would make fun and unique keepsake gifts.
Any car obsessed kid like my Mr TT would love this awesome 100% cotton, woven and hand printed OYOY Adventure Rug (pre-orders are being taken this month).
This Spiegelburg rope ladder would be the perfect gift for active kids. Made of plastic ropes and natural hardwood, all you’ll need to find is the right tree, tree house or cubby house.
Kim from Zonkt Designs has designed a super cute and stylish collection of clear and solid print iPhone cases and Apple Watch bands. Who wouldn’t want donuts on their phone?!
Oh my! These organic cotton knit shorties (in sizes from 000 up to 2) from Fremantle’s Pip’n’Pop certainly get my cluck on.
Happy gift hunting!
